St. Joseph Catholic School is also a participant of the Alliance for Catholic Education a Notre Dame program that  recruits and forms the next generation of teachers and leaders. Every two years we receive two new Ace teachers who are not only eager to teach our students and learn from our own faculty and Staff but also eager to help our community grow thorugh their personal experiences and ideas.
